Join us at the annual IEEE Power and Energy Conference at Illinois (PECI), a perfect place to investigate future power and energy technologies presented by leading industry and academic experts in the field. PECI is an international IEEE conference approved and technically sponsored by the IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) / Power and Energy Society (PES) / Industry Applications Society (IAS). The conference is organized by the IEEE PES/PELS/IAS Joint Student Chapter at the University of Illinois. PECI assembles students pursuing energy-/electronics-related degrees and experts from industry and academia to engage in a forum for technical presentations and professional development. Past attendees have come from universities around the globe as well as a large number of industry partners.
PECI hosts multiple oral presentation and poster presentation sessions. All accepted papers will be presented in oral sessions. Paper digest and poster abstract submissions are peer-reviewed. Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. Please review additional details under the Author Information and Digest Submission tabs.
All aspects of power and energy systems are welcome to be presented at PECI - from power electronics on a chip to energy markets. Major topics include, but are not limited to:
- Power Systems
- Power Electronics
- Machines, Electromechanics, and Drives
- Renewable Energy Technologies
- Energy Markets and Demand Response
