iNEMI will host a series of three roadmap workshops this summer, each focusing on a specific set of chapters of interest for the global region targeted. We have selected chapters that we believe will be of value to a wide audience in each area of the world (North America, Asia and Europe) because of their regional topical interest.
We plan to have the chairs of each of these chapters presenting the material. The North American Workshop will be an all-day, face-to-face meeting held in conjunction with ECTC in Orlando, Florida. The Asian and European workshops will be webinars lasting about 2 hours. The workshop and webinars are free and open to the industry, but you must register on the iNEMI website to attend.
The purpose of these workshops is to discuss draft roadmap chapters for primary technology and infrastructure areas and to obtain regional industry input to these draft chapters.
These workshops are aimed at representatives from industry, research institutes and government agencies interested in obtaining a preliminary view of the 2015 Roadmap as well as electronics industry leaders willing to contribute to the 2015 iNEMI Roadmap process.
Benefits resulting from participation in these workshops are:
- Get an advance look at draft chapters of the 2015 iNEMI Roadmap.
- Gain an understanding of the iNEMI roadmapping process in terms of its current capabilities and impact.
- Opportunity to interact with key technology and business leaders as well as iNEMI staff.
- Participation in the 2015 Roadmap workshops will help you gain an early insight into the likely future direction of the electronics industry by helping to identify technology and business gaps. This collaboration can influence the strategy and investments of your company as it considers future plans for technology and supply chain initiatives.
