fter not attending APEC since 2019 due to the COVID Pandemic, members of the China Power Supply Society (CPSS) met with members of PSMA at APEC 2024. Members of both organizations were happy to get together after a five year hiatus and quickly worked to reestablish existing relationship and forge new bonds. The two organizations met in the Seaview Rotunda at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach and enjoyed some light refreshments while networking and planning future endeavors. PSMA representatives included the PSMA Executive Committee, the PSMA Administrative Office and other interested PSMA Board Members. CPSS was represented by their Executive Committee and other relevant members.

The two organizations talked about plans for APEC 2024 conference and the upcoming annual CPSS conference to be held later this year. Many areas of synergy were identified, and CPSS was invited to get involved in PSMA's EnerHarv 2024 workshop to be held in Perugia, Italy in June of this year. All attendees were thankful for the opportunity to meet once again after a long break, and plans were made to meet at APEC 2025 in Atlanta, GA next year.
